Yeşil Kabak

Bu özel Sakız Kabağı (Yeşil Kabak) çeşidi, hem açık tarla hem de sera üretimine mükemmel uyum sağlayan, kolsuz (çalı) bitki yapısı ve üstün meyve kalitesiyle öne çıkan bir üründür.

Meyve Kalitesi ve Ticari Avantajlar

  • Tip ve Boyut: Klasik sakız kabağı tipinde, silindirik şekilli ve sıkı meyveler sunar. Hasat boyutu ortalama 15–20 cm uzunluğundadır.
  • Görünüm ve Kalite: Beyaza yakın sarımtırak açık yeşil (beyaz benekli) rengi ve pürüzsüz yapısı ile yüksek ticari cazibeye sahiptir. Meyve eti gevrek ve lezzetlidir.
  • Raf Ömrü: Depolamaya dayanıklı yapısı sayesinde hasat sonrası taşıma ve depolama süreçlerinde tazeliğini korur, fire oranını minimuma indirir.

Bitki Özellikleri ve Verimlilik

  • Bitki Tipi: Kolsuz (Çalı Tipi) ve dik büyüyen bitki yapısı gösterir. Bu yapısı sayesinde işçilik dostu ve hasadı kolaydır.
  • Erkencilik: Çok erkenci bir çeşit olup, ekimden itibaren ortalama 45-60 günde hasada gelir, bu da üreticinin piyasaya erken giriş avantajını artırır.
